EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you wish to exchange or return any product purchased on this website, please check the instructions below and contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp +55 (21) 99566-0909 or email atendimento@imbelloni.com.br . Our team will guide you through the next steps.

RETURN DUE TO REGRET

If you regret your purchase, please notify our customer service within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving the products at the delivery address. The products must be returned in their original packaging and will be evaluated to verify their condition. If there is any sign of use or damage, the return will not be possible.

PRODUCT DELIVERED DIFFERENT FROM WHAT WAS PURCHASED

If the product you received is different from what you purchased, refuse delivery or request an exchange from our Customer Service within 7 (seven) business days of receipt.

DEFECT OR FLAW

If you find any defect in the purchased product, please contact our customer service within 7 (seven) days of receiving it. If the desired product is no longer available, you may choose from:

a) choose another product of the same value,

b) receive a voucher to use on your next purchase, including the shipping cost,

c) obtain a refund of the amount paid, including the shipping cost.

IMPORTANT: Exchanges or cancellations will only be accepted if the purchased products are perfectly packaged in their original packaging, showing no signs of use or consumption, and accompanied by the original sales invoice or DANFE (Brazilian electronic invoice), as applicable.
